RETURN & REFUND
We want you to receive your SHAH’E order safely and exactly as you ordered it.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
For a damaged product, a continuous and unedited opening/unboxing video is required. This helps us verify that the damage was present when the package was opened and was not caused after the product was received.
Please send your order details, the opening video, and clear photos of the outer package and product. Once we review the information, we will let you know the next steps and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
Opened or Used Products
Because fragrances are personal-use products, opened, used, tested or partially used products are generally not eligible for return or refund, unless the product was received damaged, defective or incorrect.
Unopened Products
Requests involving unopened products may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the condition of the product and applicable laws.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method. For approved damaged, defective or incorrect orders, we will communicate the return or replacement procedure and applicable shipping arrangements.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate. Small differences in appearance or packaging may occur. Products are subject to availability, and obvious listing or pricing errors may result in cancellation and, where applicable, a refund.
Prices & Offers
Prices may change. Our offers are: Orders of ₹499 or more — free shipping across Kerala; 5+ products — 10% off; 10+ products — 25% off; Buy 2 Get 1 Free applies when two purchased products are from different price ranges, with the free product valued up to the lower-priced purchased product. At checkout, eligible customers may select any one promotional offer — Buy 2 Get 1 Free, 10% off, or 25% off. Promotional offers cannot be combined. Free shipping is applied automatically when the order reaches ₹499 and is independent of the selected promotional offer.
Orders & Delivery
Orders are subject to confirmation and availability. Delivery times can vary due to location, courier service, holidays, weather and circumstances outside our control.

Fragrance is personal. Smell and longevity can vary depending on skin, body chemistry, weather and application. Any longevity mentioned is an indication of expected performance, not a guarantee of an exact number of hours for every person.
Returns, Content & Changes
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. SHAH’E name, logo, photographs, graphics, text and other original website content may not be copied or commercially used without permission. We may update these terms when necessary.
